Other fish you should have on the menu right now are!!
Haddock
We have such wonderful amounts of it in Denmark, and it’s simply fantastic in winter — so get it on the menu…
Pollock
This year there has been a great supply of beautiful net-caught pollock, and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon, so go all in!!! Pollock is far more abundant than cod along the southern English coasts, so perhaps we’ll see more of it in our waters in the future?! Let’s hope so, because it truly is a lovely fish. If you feel like giving cod a break, March is the perfect time to get started with pollock.
