We once again have the world’s best selection of smoked salmon this year — mainly Danish and Faroese. We’ve got the world’s finest seine-caught plaice fillets, frozen at the absolute peak of the season. And we’ve got the world’s most delicious herring in every shape and form imaginable. In other words: we’re more than ready for you to be insanely busy all through December.

An important reminder
Right after Christmas, New Year’s always comes knocking — and even though we said it last month, we’ll say it again!!:
This year, New Year’s lands so awkwardly that there’s basically only one auction day between Christmas and New Year’s.
And one day is not a lot if you want to secure anything special for your New Year’s menu. So we’re still recommending that you go through your menus ASAP and get your orders in now — before you end up standing there on December 30th with your beard in the letterbox, rewriting the entire menu at the last minute. Give us a call, and let’s make a plan together so we all roll into the new year in the best possible way!!
