We teased it in last month’s update – but now’s the time to get Danish lobster on the menu.

Lobster!
Right now, there’s a solid supply at the auction, and that’s expected to last until July 1st. After that, lobster fishing in the Limfjord is put on hold, and around 75% of the supply disappears until the season reopens on September 1st.
If you want to run lobster all summer, you absolutely can – there’s plenty to be had from elsewhere in Denmark and across Europe.
